If you are a consumer who has signed up for a new paid subscription, you have a right to cancel your subscription within 14 calendar days. If you exercise this right, we will refund the subscription fees you have paid.
To exercise this right of cancellation, you must send a notice of cancellation by email or via our contact form.
You don’t need to provide a reason why you’re cancelling, but we’d be interested in hearing why so we can make improvements.
If you sent us notice within the applicable time frame, your subscription payment will be cancelled for the next subscription period from the date of receipt with a minimum interval of 15 days. In other words, it will be cancelled with effect from the following month as long as there is a minimum of 15 days.
In case the subscription has a trial period the cancellation will be automatic when it is received within the trial period and after the trial period has elapsed according to general conditions.
